I am a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through ACE. I am able to provide you with recommendations for macronutrient and caloric intake values that are customized to you, your activity level and goals. If requested, I am able to provide you with a breakdown of macronutrients by meal as well as a sample day of eating (i.e. how you could fill those macronutrient and caloric values with examples of foods and meals).

I am NOT a registered dietitian. As such, I am NOT willing or able to create customized meal plans for you to follow.I cannot diagnosis or treat any kind of illnesses or health conditions with this service, nor do I claim to be able to do so.

If you currently or recently have had struggles with restrictive eating habits or negative thoughts/feelings towards food, fear of weight gain, etc. it is outside of my scope of practice to work with you regarding nutrition. Please visit and talk with a registered dietitian or your primary health care provider to be better assisted. It is your responsibility as a client to inform me of these feelings before signing on to work with me so I am able to refer you to the proper provider to assist you.
