  • Online training with Cochell Fitness combines the education, guidance & professionalism of in-person training with more convenience & flexibility.

    Customized training programs are created for each 1:1 client. Clients complete their program on their own time as it best fits into their schedule.

    Each workout includes full instruction, demonstration videos, cues, etc. & is tracked inside the easy-to-use Cochell Fitness app (hosted on Trainerize).

    Clients fill out an online form each week that begins our check-in process. These weekly check-ins help us connect, reflect, monitor progress, discuss challenges & find solutions. Inside check-ins we address lifting form, program adjustments & more. The check-in process takes place via email after the client submits their online form.

  • Each 1:1 client has a weekly form to fill out that starts out check-in process. The deadline for submission on the check-in form is the same each week (most client’s have Monday morning deadlines & receive their form the Saturday before).

    Inside check-ins we dive into any challenges you’re facing, talk about modifications to your program, go over form feedback, etc.

    All check-ins completed on time receive an email, voice memo & written notes from me within 48 hours.

    The check-in questionnaire and my initial response starts the discussion but it’s important to continue communication past this point!

    That’s how we brainstorm solutions to challenges you’re facing, collaborate on necessary program changes, strategize how to develop helpful habits and more.

    This is my way of getting to connect 1:1, discuss any questions or concerns you may have and make sure my coaching style is one you feel matches you well.

  • I hate the idea of you spending your hard earned money on a personalized service before you experience it firsthand & truly understand what it’s like.

    That’s why all new clients start with one month of coaching.
