EQUIPMENT NEEDS
FOR BUILD & TRAIN
PROGRAMS:

  • Dumbbells & kettlebells (at least 2+ pairs)

    • DB & KB can be used interchangeably for most movements

  • Adjustable bench (flat & incline)

  • Barbell & rack/cage (bonus if you have a trap-bar, too)

  • Variety of weight plates (ideally pairs of 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 25, 45#)

  • Cable pulley system with wide & narrow grip handles

  • Bands (recommended large loop & heavy duty)

    • Bands can be used as a substitute for cable lifts, too
