FOR BUILD & TRAIN
PROGRAMS:
Dumbbells & kettlebells (at least 2+ pairs)
DB & KB can be used interchangeably for most movements
Adjustable bench (flat & incline)
Barbell & rack/cage (bonus if you have a trap-bar, too)
Variety of weight plates (ideally pairs of 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 25, 45#)
Cable pulley system with wide & narrow grip handles
Bands (recommended large loop & heavy duty)
Bands can be used as a substitute for cable lifts, too
