I can’t say enough about my first strength training program Kirsi set up for me! It was a program that covered all areas and a variety of exercises. It was great to keep me interested in my next workout! Kirsi also provided short videos which were so helpful in performing the exercise the correct way and to help with avoiding injury (and especially helpful for me in my 50’s as I am a visual person!) A couple of my running buddies joined me in my training and that made it even more enjoyable! Great work Kirsi! Can’t wait to move up for a more challenging workout!!!!

I could never get certain muscles to form when flexing no matter how hard I worked or how heavy I lifted! Hours of CrossFit, hours in the gym, and after being diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my back and neck, my workouts had to start looking different, and it made it harder to reach my goals. Since training with @cochell_fitness, I workout in less time and I am finally seeing these muscles start to form. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym to get “toned” or the muscles you dream about! You just need consistency, and sometimes, a great trainer who knows what they are doing and provides that little push and guidance you were missing.

Who knew an online training platform would be like having your trainer right there physically beside you through the whole program. I swear, the best training program I have ever done!! She provides a holistic approach that helps you get stronger mentally and physically. The time she pours into you is so amazing. She is like your biggest cheerleader in life pushing you to see the greatness in yourself that she sees. I never knew I needed this program right now as much as I do, in this season in my life.

She is amazing and I have been telling all my friends about her program and many have started to train with her. They later come back to me thanking me for introducing them to her because she is that great!!!

As a former college athlete, I used to always know what I was doing in the gym. After I graduated, I felt lost as I no longer had any guidance with what to do. As a college golfer weight training has always seemed to take a back seat to technical golf practice. I have always struggled to find motivation to get in the gym and stick to it at a consistent rate. I never felt as if I knew what I was doing in the gym. That all changed thanks to Kirsi. I’m more motivated than ever to get in the gym and feel as though I have a better understanding of what to do when I get to there thanks to her program. There has also been a noticeable difference in not only how far I am hitting the ball, but in my play overall. I no longer struggle with fatigue at the end of a round or practice and my lingering back and shoulder pain has not flared up in a long time. I’ve never felt better about myself and that is all thanks to Kirsi!
